We had a beautiful weekend, gorgeous skies and a camera to record it. What a lovely feeling.

More to come. The sky ran the full gamut from clear and blue to cloudy and intimidating.

I didn’t update while we were in Europe because I didn’t have any good news about the cameras. The airline is “still tracking” them. Baloney.  We had a wonderful time in Europe in spite of the way it began and found a great deal on a film SLR, so we still got to take some pictures.  We got the color film back today and I had it scanned so we can show everyone a little of what we saw.  I’m not going to go through and detail the trip, but we saw 3 cities in Germany (Frankfurt, Koblenz, and Landstuhl) and 6 cites in Italy (Vicenza, Trieste, Venezia-aka Venice, Bologna, Firenza-aka Florence, and Verona). Here are a few of the photos we took. I’m sure there will be more later.

Casey and I are in Germany! We will try to keep updating the blog regularly on our travels through Germany and Italy. No pictures today because our camera equipment didn’t make it on our flight somehow.  We’re crossing our fingers that it turns up on one of the later flights today. Germany is gorgeous, although rainy. I’ll post more as soon as I can. 

In January I had the awesome opportunity to take pictures of Heather again! She is featured quite a few times in our portfolio, but this time she was pregnant! Here’s a few of my favorite from our session.

I can’t wait to get pictures of sweet little Ireland!
